Be confident you’ve made the right choice for your skincare routine. If you are not satisfied with our products within 15 days of the original purchase date, we want to make it right. Please reach out to our team with your order number and products you’d like to return or exchange and we’ll do our best to make it right.

If an item is missing from your order or arrived damaged, then please contact us. Our team may request photos or return of damaged products, which are used to improve the customer experience. You must notify us of these issues within 7 days of delivery date.
Packages that are returned to sender or refused are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
